INSURANCE
Auto Accident & Insurance Billing

A prescription is required from the physician/chiropractor to treat your auto accident injuries. Before we are able to process insurance billing, your insurance company must be contacted about coverage. We also encourage auto accident victims to contact an attorney for reimbursement assistance.

Worker’s Compensation Clients

Worker’s Compensation clients are accepted with approved C-9 forms. The Wellness Center has experienced Licensed Massage Therapists and a Licensed Acupuncturist to coordinate Worker’s Compensation rehabilitation with you and your physician.
